Treasta's Lab grown Diamond is made entirely from carbon (same as mined diamond) whereas there is zero carbon in CZ (Cubic Zirconia) Cubic Zirconia is much weaker in hardness than Treasta's Lab Grown Diamond. Also Treasta's Lab Grown diamond has the same light, lustre and performance as mined Diamond whereas CZ(Cubic Zirconia) has quite poor light performance and patterning. There is a visible difference between Diamond and Simulant one (CZ).

Nobody can differentiate by naked eyes or even by magnifying glass. One needs a special scientific instrument to differentiate Mined and Lab Grown Diamond.
